It basically rewards non-camping behavior with bonus points. To prevent massive point farming, this perk has to have a limit - and this limit is its (possible) destruction. Of course, making it a hex perk wasn't the best idea to ... Idea: let the killer pick up a hex perk and hold it on them if they have thrill of the hunt, then place it on a dull totem.
